Doesn't make a huge difference, the nerf was just to balance a little bit. I can only hope I can build mine this good ^^ Things that I would add/change are how to play vs champs as ahri/kassadin and offcourse warwick :P And about the items, you have some great explanation about when to take them, but what I always like in a guide are 3-4 possible finished builds vs particulair types of teams.
