I start off with boots and get hp pots. When I reach enough money for Vamp Scepter and cloth armor i head on into the jungle. Normally I grab the buffs and then gank which everlane is possible.

You can also get Merc treads if needed. Also if you feel like you already have enough hp and you wont need the extra hp swap sunfirecape for bloodthirster or starks fevor. FON is also a good option.
