For a first time guide, this is a pretty good guide! Make sure to put items that you would build when facing AD opponents. Currently you only have AP. I see you haven't finished your specific champion explanations yet which is understandable. I understand where you are coming from when you say all 
Olaf players max Undertow first, but that honestly isn't true. I currently have the #2 Olaf guide on MobaFire right now. It was #1, but still has the most voters. I was honestly the first Olaf guide on here to max Undertow first, and the person who made their guide (who is currently #1) made theirs after me and copied it, but reworded many sections, so that is why he has maxing Undertow first as well. Most Olaf's max Reckless Swing first. I wouldn't max Reckless Swing first against all champions. I would make that clear in your ability description or somewhere else! Other then that, its a pretty good guide. Check out this guide!
