I skip the visage and get another hexpistol so i can have 45% vamp steal (and upgrade later on if game goes to long) and try to get blue so i can benefit from my 2 mastery points.
odds are this one is too.
but you use hp/5s runes? seriously ??? your explanation why you use them is not plausible at all. another thing is that "con" about the effectivity. its not lvl 7 that makes vlad effective, its lvl 9.
so far, I cant rate this build. lots of information missing or not detailed enough.
