Have you ever considered a situational Black Cleaver? It works quite well. More for 3v3 tho. That would be instead of getting a Last Whisper.

Your team 2 Renekton build is NEARLY the same as mine (I get youmou between Sunfire and Frozen), but i will recommend you max E after Q. Your W is not scaling that much per lvl, and it stil does HUGE damage if left at lvl 1. Lvling Slice and Dice before, it does a good amount of dmg too.

overall, it's a good start, but i think you should work on your coding and overall layout. seems like just text thrown everywhere to me. for your purchase order, include 6 items. consider looking at jhoijhoi's guide to making a guide. should help you a lot with overall layout and ordering.
