He is much better at laning. This is a nice build if you want to jungle with him, but it's like jungling Xin Zhao. He's just better in the lane. With that said, I recommend the Bloodrazor over Wriggle's Lantern simply because the former triggers three times off of Ruthless Predator. I needed to get to my other items much sooner. I completely agree that its a superior item, just not in this particular instance due to the delay on other key items. My top builds.
