Runes:

Greater Mark of Desolation Greater Mark of Desolation - For early and late game advantages.

Greater Seal of Evasion - Who doesn't love Dodge?

Greater Glyph of Focus - For all game advantages. Shorter Cooldowns are the best.

Greater Quintessence of Desolation Greater Quintessence of Desolation - Once again, for early and late game advantages.

Alternatives:

Greater Seal of Resilience - For the extra Armor early game.

Greater Glyph of Warding - For the extra Magic Resist early game.

Greater Quintessence of Fortitude - For the extra Health early game.

Items:

Items to take into consideration in the proper situation:

Last Whisper - A substitute for Spirit Visage for the extra Armor Penetration if needed.

Frozen Mallet - A substitute for Sunfire Cape for it's UNIQUE Passive.

Guardian Angel - A substitute for Frozen Mallet for it's UNIQUE Passive.

Force of Nature - A substitute for Frozen Mallet for the extra Health Regeneration and Magic Resist.

Banshee's Veil - A substitute for Frozen Mallet. Good while facing Champions like Karthus or Ashe for their Ultimates.

Optional:

Elixir of Agility - For the extra Attack Speed if needed.

Skill Sequence:

I max out Cull the Meek first, taking one point in Slice and Dice then move onto maxing out Ruthless Predator and leaving Slice and Dice to max out last.

Summoner Spells:

Ghost - Great spell for chasing, ganking, and escaping.

Exhaust - Great spelling for slowing your enemies to ensure a kill and good for saving an ally or an escape. I recommend Exhaust if you aren't jungling.

Flash - As well as Ghost, a great spell for chasing, ganking, and escaping. For example: Perfect for escaping Nunu's Absolute Zero.

Teleport - Great spell for getting to an area quickly, like teleporting to a ward, tower, minion, and etc. Also great if you are soloing a lane.

Cleanse - Great spell for escaping a situation while being slowed or stunned, and etc.
