At first,this build is new and i want to share it.
Soo to my build for spells i choose exhaust and ignite.Exhaust is a great spell.You got it on lvl 1.This spell is good for kill or good for escape.My second spell,ignite is like a another hero,it is great for battle or when your enemy have 100 hp for free kill :-D.

Next are runes.
I choose mark for armor penetration,seal for dodge,glyph for cooldown reduction at lvl 18 and quintessence for armor penetratio

Next my masteries.
You can see that only spell on when i have talent is exhaust,because you dont need anythimg else.But when you can see i have dodge,armor.magig resist,armor penetration only from mesteries.

And last are items.
AT first you should buy longsword and 1 heal potion.Next buy berserkers greaves for attack speed,vampiric scepter and dagger.Then buy B.F. sword and stackd The black cleaver.Black cleaver is the best item to your ruhtless predator spell (w).Hte bloodthister is nice item for your Cull the Meek spell (q),because q spell deal normal damage and heal you soo you can heal yourself faster.Frozen mallet is one of my favourite item.Its give you 700 hp,20 dmg and permanently slow,soo chance who will survive when somebody meet you is 1/1000 :-D.Madman Bloodrazor is one of great item to tanks.This item give you 40% attack speed 30 armor and ome damage.Now you tell this item is for nothing but 4% of taget hp will deal him magic damage.And at the last Sunfire cape.This item is one of great thigs for tank because you get hp,armor and passive that deal 40 magic damage every second.Your ultimate dominus (r) will give you a lot of hp and deal magi damage to target + Sunfire cape.It will help you to kill enemy very easy.
