Introduction

This is my build for renekton. I think Rene shouldn't be a tank although he can tank i believe his true potential is in dps. So read on and see how I believe renekton the amazing croc should be built! :)

Runes

Runes give you the most advantadge early game.I went with armor pen marks for some good early game damage. I went with CDR glyphs just because the faster you can use your skills the more likely you are to get more kills and die less. I went with dodge chance seals because unless your laning with jax or some other WAY op champ your gonna get focused and the dodge helps your laning when being harrassed. I chose CDR quints because in late game you still need to be avle to pump your skills and unless you bought another CDR item these will help you put that crazy damage out.

Masteries

I chose mostly offense masteries. I went with Good hands mastery because less time dead more time farming :) And i chose defense masteries to give you some more survivabilty early game.

Items

Start with boots and a few health pots so you can rush your cdr boots. Now go farm with your Q and probably get a kill or 2 til u can afford vamp scepter. Once you have your blood thirster it should be still in early game most likely mid game. Randomins omen will give u some more cdr for mid game when you really shine. At mid game you should have a few more kills because rene has that sweet spot in mid game that allows you to get good kills. I chose phantom dancer for the Move speed and crit. Ghostblade is just required for a slow auto attacker like rene. And of course inf edge. I went with that to of course push your damage output.

Summoner Spells

I chose exhaust for the slow and weakining effects. The slow allows you to chase and get your kill while the Weakiness pretty much stops any damage to you from anyone foolish enough to challenge you. I chose ignite because it really helps you get the early game kills you need to become the carry you need to be.

Farming

When your Q gets to about the 3~4 range its perfect to farm creeps. Slice in,Q,and slice out. CREEP WAVE ELIMINATED!!! lol Also don't forget your Q heals you. When your low auto attack to build up your fury and Q for the bonus Hp.

Pros / Cons

Good damage.
Can tank if needed.
Great farmer.
Mid game demolisher.


Gets focused alot.
Can be realitvly useless late game with the right opp team.
CAN NOT.... CAN NOT jungle......
