Introduction
As far as items go, you will have noticed that the build is very similar to the top rated Rengar TOP LANE build.. with minor changes. The changes consist of an assortment of luxury last slot items that you can choose from depending on the situation of the game and the preference of the player. The top lane Rengar build started off building 'the Black Cleaver' and then building 'Last Whisper' later on. With a little bit of research I found that 'the Black Cleaver's flat armor penetration rating is applied before the percentile armor penetration rating that 'Last Whisper' gives.. this means.. against a tanky Champion with high armor.. they lose a flat rate of armor, causing the amount of armor that 'last Whisper's percentile armor penetration rating to be reduced. In most cases, against a high armor tank.. Last Whisper will reduce more armor by itself due to the fact that it's armor penetration rating reduction is based off of the enemy Champion's armor. Now, 'the Black Cleaver' also gives a percentage of armor penetration per hit.. which is also applied before 'Last Whisper'.. thus reducing the amount of armor taken away by the 40% armor penetration 'Last Whisper' has to offer. The free slot you get from taking away 'the Black Cleaver' is far better used with a 'Spirit Visage' or 'Infinity Edge'.
This is a strange concept, but teleport is very useful. Most good Rengar players can be relatively clever with their gank preparation, but sometimes.. it's near impossible to gank bot if the enemy support can ward efficiently. Teleporting to a ward in a bush.. is an effective way of gaining the element of surprise, especially if your support used a pink ward to eliminate any enemy wards into the bush you're teleporting to.
Also, if you build the Homeguard enchantment on your boots early.. you'll be able to teleport from your base, to the ward.. and achieve a large amount of movement speed that transfers through your teleport. It's obvious how helpful that is.
This adds a new level of ganking, considering that Rengar already has a leap and a large amount of movement speed.

The Pros:
-New, effective, and unexpected ways to gank.
-Increased potential for item creativity, due to a free slot.
-Incredible amounts of burst damage with abilities and sustain from attack speed and lifesteal.
-You're powerful enough to one shot a vulnerable adc.. and have enough sustain and armor penetration to take down tanks/bruisers.
-Versatility with items.. increasing entertainment and creativity while reacting to situations.
-Very heavy snowballing and a very strong late game, under most circumstances.
The Cons:
-Not as much sustain than on other Rengar builds.
-Uncertainty with whether or not the Black Cleaver should remain or be removed from the build.
-It may be difficult to build all these items on a jungles budget, but any efficient jungler shouldn't have to worry about that.
-Not a very strong early game, you have to be careful about tricky ganks and counter jungling.

When I jungle.. I do something very strange. I go from the top lane buff camp with a smiteless leash, directly to the bottom lane buff camp. Doing this allows you to reach level three before the other champs even reach level one.. giving you a massive early game advantage when ganking bot lane early. After the attempt to gank bot lane, I go about jungling on a normal path.
Rengar has multiple uses. If he's fed well, he can be capable of 3v1ing a group of champions. He's also a great initiator.. but he's most usefully placed as an ADC killer. When the team fight is initiated, he can hang back, use his ultimate to get behind the enemy team.. and three, two, or even one shot the enemy ADC, causing an almost guaranteed win for the fight.
