I quite like this build, i like the Ionic Spark idea, and the locket is also interesting in a good way :)

But i agree with StreatRiot, it lacks a little bit of that detail.
I also noticed that the ultimate coding is a little off there :)

Try to add dividers as well, as it makes reading a lot easier :)

Dude, did you even try this build? Ionic Spark and Locket of the Iron Solari synergize well with Rengar. Please, try the build before you downvote.

Anyways onto constructive criticism. Your guide is well written and creative, but it lacks detail. You need to put some real effort into the BB code and create a style for this guide. Bloodthirster is an extremely good item and I would recommend to replace Infinity Edge with it. I play Rengar as a tankier version of Talon: you initiate with Thrill of the Hunt, wait for the oppurtune moment to strike, then Empowered Q and regular Q with deal huge damage, then finish them with your other spells and auto attacks. As such, Bloodthirster is much more suitable than I.F. because, at full stacks, Bloodthirster out ADs the Infinity Edge. Add some more alternate runes and mastery pages, look at other guides for more information, and add more details (such as a warding section). I cant upvote right now but I will asap.

Hmm. I think that's the appeal of Rengar. You can go Rape someone in two ways. Sheen/TriForce Q Rape. Or Mallet Q Slow Rape.

i greatly recommend avarice blade for gp10 on rengar, and once you upgrade to ghostblade you now have some nice armor pen and attack/movement speed. Armor pen allows your Q to do great damage, when you consider the raged Q is a percent bonus, along with a Trinity percent bonus the armor pen really shines through, you also gain some more off your necklace. you essentially starting hitting ADC's as though it is true damage and hitting for 800-900 damage straight from your ulti not even counting if it crits. personally my item order is boots>wriggles>mercs/tabi>avarice blade>necklace>brutalizer>sheen>phage>trinity>ghostblade>LW. very glass cannon i realise but with proper engages with your ult their ADC is dropped in your initial burst 90% of the time if you engage correctly.

yes i have I'm still working out the kinks in fact i have been trying to move some items and finding what to replace and what to still keep to make some room for some armor pen. if you have any suggestions on what items to trade for the last whisper please respond back to this message.

Good start. I have a few concerns just about the build though. And that's just because how little armor pen you build. From what I'm experiencing if someone is smart enough to build heavy armor it really is a shutdown for Rengar. have you given any thought to Desolation marks or Last Whisper?
