You also max bear instead of turtle which is a huge mistake or tiger which is less of a mistake.

In your first build you have 467 runspeed without bear, and still max rank it instead of tiger. Why is this a bad idea? Because after 415 all increases in speed are reduced by 20% and decreased by 50% after 490. In other words you are only getting about half the effect from you last 2 ranks of bear and would be much better off taking tiger instead.

You also take both tforce and frozen mallet meaning you are paying a ton for a slow that isn't going to be used.

Down rated for a buncha reasons

Turtle jungling is just terrible. It's massivly slower than either tiger or phoenix and a slow jungler is a fail jungler. You get out level/gold by the lanes and become an easy target and an ineffective ganker.

What kind of games are you playing? This is going to just about never happen.

Your mastery has some just plain bad choices and doesn't even say where to spend points when you list 2 masteries on the same tier.

I could go on but you get the point

I destroy enemy teams the tank build. Haven't had a chance to use the dps build considering the teams I end up with, but plannin on it.
