Riven is her best top lane. She can 2v1 very easily if you think smart have great timing and know how to use her well. This is the things I use (items,runes...) but with things change in a game (bad start, tryndamere...) so this is not a RULE SET, this is a guild.

I go armour, armour pen, magic resist and ad. Thats all :D

I go offensive all the way with executioner and your wind slash when they are low on health they might as well stand still. It is possible to go defensive but I haven't tried it. Do at your own risk.

Its hard to build Riven. She is very fragile, hard to balance survivability and Pure ownage. So the spirit visage can be changed to a G.A(Guardian Angel) or to something else that would make you sustain for longer.

I max my Valor first very effective. Helps you went ignited or to kite around the tower. Then Ki-Burst and last Broken wings. And of course level up your ulti at 6,11 and 16

I run with Exhaust and ghost. But other spells good for riv are flash, Ignite and heal. They all help dramatically.

So I will keep updating this build but let me know what you think.
