hi, the build looks nice but i gotta say that the runes you are using are totally useless. You have wasted 9 runes for a total of 2.8 ad increase, that is nothing. 3.74 increase in attack speed is also rediculously small. I can see you benefiting alot more with better runes such as Greater Quintessence of Desolation which will give you 9.9 armour penetration. I have also noticed that you are using runes to increase crit damage but you only have 33% crit chance with that item build. I recommend using Greater Mark of Attack Damage Or further increasing your crit chance. Overall the runes you have used are undermining your build, you should try to find something more useful such as the ones i have listed or anything else thats better. I like the idea so +1 from me but there is still room for improvement.

I think you need some magic resist!.52 is not enough.

Very nice job here. I quite like it, I think I'll give it a test run and let you know more of what I think about it. I am a Riven lover as well and am always looking for new ways to play her. I like what you have here though, good work :)
