Introduction to Numenorion
This is my First build creation SO i probadly luck a lot of skills at the code and generaly the whole idea.. i tried my best so.. plz show mercy xD
In Noxus, any citizen may rise to power regardless of race, gender, or social standing - strength is all that matters. It was with committed faith in this ideal that Riven strove to greatness. She showed early potential as a soldier, forcing herself to master the weight of a long sword when she was barely its height. She was ruthless and efficient as a warrior, but her true strength lay in her conviction. She entered battles without any trace of doubt in her mind: no ethical pause, no fear of death. Riven became a leader amongst her peers, poster child of the Noxian spirit. So exceptional was her passion that the High Command recognized her with a black stone rune sword forged and enchanted with Noxian sorcery. The weapon was heavier than a kite shield and nearly as broad - perfectly suited to her tastes. Soon after, she was deployed to Ionia as part of the Noxian invasion.
What began as war quickly became extermination. Noxian soldiers followed the terrifying Zaunite war machines across fields of death. It wasn't the glorious combat for which Riven trained. She carried out the orders of her superiors, terminating the remnants of a beaten and fractured enemy with extreme prejudice. As the invasion continued, it became clear that the Ionian society would not be reformed, merely eliminated. During one bitter engagement, Riven's unit became surrounded by Ionian forces. They called for support as the enemy closed in around them. What they received instead was a barrage of biochemical terror launched by Singed. Riven watched as around her Ionian and Noxian alike fell victim to an unspeakably gruesome fate. She managed to escape the bombardment, though she could not erase the memory. Counted dead by Noxus, she saw an opportunity to start anew. She shattered her sword, severing ties with the past, and wandered in self-imposed exile - on a quest to seek atonement and a way to save the pure Noxian vision in which she believed.
''There is a place between war and murder / in which our demons lurk.''
Pros / Cons
she has a nice burst dmg with her combo
kinda sexy and fun to play
she has both stun/slow which make her a nice CController :D
the only con i saw so far is that even if you can increase the gap with broken wings/valor she still lack escape mechanism so you have to be carefull
For Summoner Spells i usually stick withGhost andExhaust.
Although sounds bad from my point of view some people may abuse it on early games.. or they just know how to gang with this spell :P..
It can help in large team fights but i usualy pickso i avoid that spell since i can take smth more interesting and helpful
probadly 1 of the best spells for her to time her combo.. matter of taste again somehow i stick withWho doesnt want the extra dmg :D? onother good spell to dmg a bit more or counter healers :)
for the people that wanna be everywhere :P that simble.. :D
Spells Not to TakeProbadly the MOST baddass EPIC waste skill for her xD
rather "rare to see" spell which mostly got taken by tanks.. rather useless for her
i am personally against the usage of healing spell at high lvl.. if you know what to do.. you dont even need it... :/
Never used it but the AD increase seems rather low..
The idea of reviving your self is rather tempting.. but at the cost of.. like 510 seconds or smth? no thk.. and still.. if you know what to do.. you dont die xD..
(not a jungle build).
For runes i am going with :
9xGreater Mark of Desolation
9xGreater Seal of Resilience
9xGreater Glypgh of Focus
3xGreater Quintessence of Desolation
Armor penetration Marks/Quintessence gives me the dmg to harass enemy champions while Armor seals give me the extra survability and Glyphs allow me to spamm my skills more often.
For masteries i go with 21/0/9
This gives me the max dmg output plus a bit more exp from awareness .
For items i start withDoran's Shield . Mixed with my Armors seals this gives me tons of defence and health regeneration for early games.Doran's Blade can work also but i foundDoran's Shield to suit more my gameplay style :P . Then i buyMercury Threads for the CC and more resists to mages. Again if you feel like enemy dont have that much AP or CC you can swap withIonian Boots of Lucidity to spamm skills more often :). Later i buy my first dmg item.Phage gives me a nice boost in both dmg/health and the slow works pretty good with her combo :D. Then i buyThe Brutalizer for the extra dmg and armor penetration but mostly for the 10% cooldown which is MUST for her :). Later i finishFrozen Mallet for more survability and the epic slow effect, while gaining a small boost on AD ofc :) .Then i takeThe Bloodthirst andThe Black Cleaver to deal TONS of dmg with my skill combo :D . For last items it is mostly a matter of what champions the enemy has.. when i see tanks i buyLast Whisper , or on mages i takeBanshee's Veil. then again.. there are times that the game is to easy.. or you are ofer-feeded.. so onotherThe BloodThirst for the Lolz is not bad.. :P.. but i usually stick withLast Whisper.
Riven's Skill Sequence is pretty easy but hard to master :)
I Dash in with Valor then i stun with Ki Burst. After is broken wings combo followed by 1 auto-attack in each skill usage . This maximize her burst dmg combo.
Then depending on the outcome of battle i either use Wind Slash and start again all the combo (ghost blade gives amazing CD reduction :D) or i escape with valor/broken wings <-
in SUMMARY : E+W+auto_attack+Broken Wings+Auto_attack+Broken Wings+Auto_attack+Broken Wings+Auto_attack+Wind Slash (repeated)
in Summary riven is not an OP or bad champion.. mostly a matter of mastering her combo :)
THK FOR YOU TIME :) !!!
