The Exhaust mastery is there because there's no good options to advance the offensive masteries, and is always a nice option if you decide one day that you don't want to have Ghost or Flash as one of your summoner spells and opt for Exhaust instead. It's just nice to have, but you don't have to use it. And I did calculations for the glyphs. At level 18, with 9 glyphs that give 0.9% CDR each, you should get 8.1% CDR, which adds on to the 15% CDR from both Ionian Boots and Youmuu's Ghostblade. That leaves you at 38.1% CDR, which is still below the 40% CDR limit. |

You are only getting that number because you forgot the 3% cdr from the mastery in the second tier of the offense tree. 30%(Youmuu's + Boots) + 3.27%(flat cdr glyph) + 3.83(cdr per level glyphs) + 3% from masteries = 40.10% cdr. |

Thanks for the math. And congratz on your victory. I love how you managed to get crazy high scores, and still bag a huge number of kills. |

Gave you the upvote, I was trying to get some more game time in on Dominion to add to my guide :). I was still trying to build her tanky until recently. I find it's a completely waste on her in dominion, better to just instadeath them! I hope you'll check out my guide to Riven, the Offtank Beast for summoner's Rift and let me know what you think. |
