At the beginning with Riven you will want to harass the enemy when he gets away from his turret by using Rivens E then W and finally end with her Q. Riven is a high damage dealer/tank because of how she can break through team fights with her health staying at high (most of the time) because of how she is built as a champion but once you get the right items she can become a force of nature and kill every enemy without breaking a sweat because of her E she can be shielded and full out harass the enemy. Use Rivens W and stun the enemy, RIvens W is one of her best moves because it does damage but leaving the enemy stunned as well, I can't tell you how many times i've escaped by running up to the enemy stunning them then Eing away. This Riven build will help you win ranked games when your playing with noobs and on normals and all your friends will see how good you are with Riven. Hope you enjoy my build!
