Introduction
This is my Riven build which almost always works for me. I do a lot of damage early game and end up getting critical strike over 1000 late game. The build has some wiggle room which I talk about later.
I chose Armor Penetration Marks to help early game, that combined with the Armor Penetration mastery gives you an over all Armor Penetration of 16 which is a good roundabout number for almost all champions. The rest of the Mark I chose to go with Crit Damage to help more in late game but it still works well throughout the whole match. I went with Armor Seals to make me a bit more damage resistant early game and got 1 Crit Damage Seal. For Glyphs I got Magic Resist so I can take some magic damage as well without being too worried, and also got 1 Crit Damage Glyph. For Quintessences I got all Crit Damage.
For item build you wanna start with Doran's Blade, then get Ioanian Boots of Lucidity, after that you wanna get a Vampiric Septer and then a B.F Sword building into a Bloodthirster. Next you wanna get a Brutalizer and a Phage. Finally you wanna get a Zeal and build it into Phantom Dancers. After that you can either: sell your Doran's Blade, get a B.F Sword and build it into an Infinity Edge OR turn your Brutalizer and Phage into Youmouu's Ghostblade and Frozen Mallet and then get Infinity Edge. After all that your final items should be Infinity Edge, Ioanian Boots of Lucidity, Bloodthirster, Youmouu's Ghostblade, Frozen Mallet, and Phantom Dancers. The build has some wiggle room in case someone has thornmail or you need thornmail. If either scenario comes up I sacrifice the Infinity Edge for a Quicksilver Sash(Gives enough magic resist to resist most or all of the damage from thornmail while helping me escape) or Thornmail, depending on what I need. If for some reason I need both (which is rare) substitute Infinity Edge and Youmouu's ghostblade or Infinity Edge and Phantom Dancers.
