THIS IS THE BEST SUMMONER COMBINATION FOR ANNIE! Ok so this seems really weird but hear me out. TELEPORT IS THE NEW FLASH! People seem to think that flash is a necessity on Annie and just everyone else for chasing and escaping, but with your runes and masteries they will die before they can escape and if they try to kill you you will kill them first. Especially with the aid of ignite. Now your probably thinking "But how will I get over walls?" SIMPLE! Tibbers/ward over wall, TP to Tibbers/ward. Or maybe your thinking "ain't flash R Annie's main combo?" Yes it is but you can do it with TP too. Ward, TP to ward, press R. Or R, TP to Tibbers, wait for R to come off cool down, then R again. Also TP can be used to gank, join fights, and split push.

Now you'll never understand why these runes work. I still don't understand it but they do. With these runes I have got 1st blood at level 1 99% of my games.

Basically the same as the runes, these masteries are the shizzle.

You want Mejai's as soon as possible. With you kick *** runes and masteries you gonna have kills flying in from the get go so you'll get some neat stacks. MOBI Bs for da epic roamy roams and distortion for more great Teleport plays. Your Banner of Command gives you some fantastic stats and buffs Tibbers' damage output. The passive is also nice for split pushing which you can do if you choose to with Teleport. Hour Glass and scary mask of doom are pretty self explanatory and Sun fire is so that you burn people around you just like your BFF Tibbers.

W first so you can charge up you passive at level 1 for the all ins. Max w first cause its better than Q will ever be in every way and screw E to hell.

Ward -> TP to ward -> Tibbers stun engage.
Use Banner of command in top lane -> split push bot lane -> TP mid if needed.
Activate Hour Glass while Tibbers fingers people.
Stand underneath Tibbers so they can't target you.
Use Tibbers to Teleport to.
Use Tibbers to block skill shots.
Charge up passive with W on spawn pool at the beginning of the game.
Abuse your AA range.
Remember Banner buffs Tibbers.
Destroy everything that comes within 10 inches of you or Tibbers.

Don't be afraid to use your abilities to CS cause it stacks your passive and remember that the real creeps are the enemy champions so farm the **** out of them.

The the minions when you have, but focus on farming champions because you are broken.

When you get into to champ select say "I'M PLAYING ANNIE MID AND WE ARE GONNA WIN!" if for whatever reason you can't get Annie mid que dodge. In game just follow the guide.

Tibbers is your team, you don't need the other scrubs.
