Mark, seal and glyph are ony from ability power...Don't forget that rumble it's mage. Quintessence are from movement speed... Rumble will take 15 movement speed in the beggining ( very usefull).
Utility! Just -15% cooldowns! Also you can have the flamespitter open 9/10 seconds ( but care about hate ;) )
The defensive mastery gives 1/2 damages from minnions and mosters :) it's usefull in the beggining.
500 life and 80 ability power :) also item make slow 15% for 1.5 sec.A classic boot with movement level 2 but if you dont make damage for 5 sec it upragde to 5 movement speeed.57 magic rest and 70 ability power. Also nearby enemy champion lose 20 magic resist..!One of the best defensive items... Not only 68 armor and 38 magic resist but and revive every 5 minutes!!!-:) No comments...A big amount of ability power and 50 armor!
