For Super-gressive rumbles

Yahhh don't get me wrong, this build page isn't very well constructed, but this build has put me as the top killer and dps dealer every 9/10 games. Summoner spells teleport and ignite ensure that you're not missing out on much action (fights,farming/experience), and when you're in the action, you're doing some true damage. I'll explain the build a bit, magic pen boots with the runes helps your dps quite a bit, the rylais right off the bat ensures survivability, escapabilty, and successful chase-downs. I'm sure everyone knows why getting mejai's early is a smart choice, but if you're having a hard time keeping yourself alive for long, go for the Will of the Ancients be4 it. Rabadon's afterwards will skyrocket your ap to near or above 600 depending on your stacks. I usually have pleanty of kills and stacks at this point and this Gives my Lich Bane crazy amounts of power, hitting inhibitors and turrets let alone players for over 1000 damage.. Especially when you're overheated. BTW if you didn't know, Will of the Ancients works for your overheat passive and grants you spell vamp on basic attack.
I prefer to use boots first as it often helps me chase down those who don't use boots first with flame spitter. I've acquired many kills this way. I use Armor seals for the early game mostly, being that much of the damage done is by auto-attack in the first few levels, it makes up for deciding not to pick a doran's shield.
