Work In Progress

First guide, go easy on me :( Also, I main Sona, so the whole world-of-tanking is new to me.

Will write an in-depth guide when I feel like it, but the build is pretty straightforward. For lane survivability, get your regen/hp components before your MR/armor components. Mid or lane, your choice.

Early game, hang tight and pull the enemy a bit before rushing them, to get them before they get to the tower(you generally can take on the enemy early game if played careful-aggressive).

Mid game, you are a fairly speedy champ with a HUGE ulti range, as well as mass hp and regen to stay on the field. Feel free to help other lanes take out opponents. Your CC abilities can successfully cause the enemy team to freak out, stop fighting, and run if done right. Follow up with W->E->E->Q if you can. Careful of overheating, as that could hold you back; other times, the extra damage is extremely useful in a 1v1, your call.

Late game, you are a heavy tank with an amazing CC, but you cannot take on the entire enemy team easily. Initiate battles, use your ulti to slow and spread out the enemy, and use Q and W going into the fight. If you're not worried about overheating, your E-E can deal that extra bit of hurt.

It works:

I didn't build right for the 6/11/6 game, and I'm a bit impatient sometimes, so that leads to stupid deaths. If you're a more patient tank than I am, and can wait for your team, I'm sure your kills/assists will be higher, and your deaths lower.
