Introduction
The Proof:
First of all, Rumble is meant to be played as a bully, the easiest way to accomplish this is to do as much early game damage as possible. I recommend stacking ap runes to accomplish this.
Some people have told me that Magic Pen Quints are better. To those people I say "Nay good sirs." Having massive amounts of AP at the start of the game makes your level 2 decision to get a very good one. As the opposing lane will try to punish you for having scrotissimo, (that a musical term for being a manly man) you can laugh in their faces as you absorb their feeble blows.

You know what's amazing on Rumble.
. You should start building towards it immediately.
I usually start the game with an , build boots, then build 2, Yes 2, . 40% spell vamp is nothing to laugh at. When you flame spitter you'll be getting that hp back so fast on creep waves it's ridiculous.
After you build the Revovlvers, I recommend getting the when you have the cash, or whatever you can to start building towards the .
Depending on how well you are doing, you should either finish your gunblade and will of the ancients (whichever you prefer) or you should start tanking up. I really like and
I usually get the last. It gives me something to do when I'm silenced from overheating. It also makes a great long distance chaser if you are having trouble landing your . Like when there are creeps between you and the target you want to slow, or it's on cooldown, or whatever. It also adds to do the damage you do when you auto attack which is wicked nice for when you overheat once again, or just anytime you are beating the mess out of them.

Early Game:
Get yourself a friend to lane with and take it to the other team as hard and as fast as possible.I cannot stress how helpful it is to have a babysitter in ventrilo helping you out. I recommend or .
I personally like more because of his heal as well. Their long distance stun can get you the time needed to dish out your and have time for a second one before they retreat back to their tower. If they don't retreat, stay in the fight if you think you are going to win it. Sometimes you just need some chutzpah to get things done, this means taking the first 1 or 2 tower hits to get that kill sometimes. I went 9/0/1 in the first 6 minutes of the game one time because of the other team's lane comp, and probably lack of skill.
Early Game Pressure results in more wins by demoralization than a late game wait-to-bloom-a-thon. :P
