I put up the build for everyone to see, then I'm working on the guide.

Rumble... He's an awesome little mouse. He uses a machine that blows **** up, burns people to death and launches harpoons that electrocute people. Whats better then that?
Here's a couple things you gotta know before playing Rumble with this build:
-He is NOT a Tank.
-Do NOT try for kills til you get Equalizer.
-Flamespitter and Equalizer are his ways of killing.
-Spam Scrap Shield as much as possible.
-Electro-Harpoon is for slowing/poking only.

Now that you know this, lets start with the guide.

Pros

-Great Pusher
-Scrap Shield gives MSpd and Shield
-Has nice slow skills
-Decent HP
-Danger Zone = More Damage
-No Mana
-Aim your Ultimate

Cons

-All AP Skills
-Overheat
-No good escaping skills
-Electric-Harpoon = Bad Damage
