Iv looked at many builds for Heimerdinger. None Iv seen touch this build from early to late game . Early game is a game of harassing with turrets and my trusty wrench . Don't neglect your range attack early game instead use it to protect your turret as most don't expect that wrench bouncing off there heads every time they attack your turret. Now teleport comes in, So you lay a turret port, buy, port back. Now you can stay awhile. When you have Glacial Shroud and the tear you are dangerous so these are a must and they become the Archangel's Staff and Frozen Heart later on. Basic idea is you place turrets according to your enemy, they get close and you stun them with your lvl 1 grenade, fire missiles, run a little and drop a turret. So its turret-stun-missile-run/turret-stun-missile-run. Your a tough to kill fast casting damage dealing slow down stunner with some speed to get out wile they die by turret fire. GLHF!
