Why do you Put 21 in Utility?
You only need 3 Points to get the mana.

And you also reach 40% CD-reduction without the last 3 points in Intelligence.
I don't want to ask the reason for your runes. No point.
Math:
10% from Q-Ability passive
20% from Frozen Heart
10% from Mastery (Your mastery build ~.~)

So why u take Runes with CD reduction? 40% is cap!

Sure if you play only games which ends after 20 minutes ok.

But I would never play with this build. Sorry, makes no sense.

Very nice. And yes for all of those who are wondering if archmages is good it is. Trust me just because an item gives ap for ryze doesn't mean its bad as long as it also has mana =D. One question: why do you take ROA over banshies? I found that an early banishes on this toon is really benifical. Blocks those peskey stuns, lets you outlane the mid and have more general survival. True ROA give some more mana, but i don't see the ap and the extra health/mana outwhighing a shield and MR.

Great item choice, although I'd take RoA after FH.
Good masteries, good runes.

NEVER take cd reduction runes. Between ryze passive (10%) masteries (10%) and frozen heart (20%) you hit the max cd reduction (40%). The runes are a waste. Use mr or mana.

Have to agree^^ this build up until the 10min wouldn't really be doing to much and from there it's catch up. 2 sapphires after your tear, (later on used for shroud and catalyst) can be advantageous for early damage output ;)

Amazing Guide! My Ryze became a beast mid-late game and it was pretty easy to own everybody on full health. Got 18/1/13 on my first game with that guide, and I play Ryze from 2 days!

Deathfire grasp: I wouldnt build this on Ryze, it isnt terrible but there are much better items to go with, i can only see it working even a little if they are really bulky.
Haunting Guise: A great item for AP champs early game, i realize annie bot and i think Ryze bot build this early game but its not worth the money because you are not stacking AP and you will just end up selling it because it wont really be helpful.
Lich bane: You should never really auto attack with ryze because you can just burst after burst, so this isnt really a good item for him.
Nashor's Tooth: again no, because the 50% attack speed is totally useless and its just an AP item, you can build better items and still get enough CDR for cap.

you dont need the cooldown reduction on your runes cause you max it out with your masterie frozen heart and your Q

HELLO. I think is a really good strategy for Ryze. One question. i saw some items that i find really good for Ryze and i want to ask you ur opinion and if you think any of them can fit and when (mid,late) in the game
