Masteries
This guy is going to open with an elixer and blaze through the first run of the jungle. Then I'll start playing a more normal game and only jungle intermittently.
I hope to have an early level advantage and "play it safe" the whole game. I'll just out level and farm everyone.
This guy has very high flat magic penetration and survivability. Armor, HP and Magic resist more than most non-tanks.
