Introduction

This is build is still being tested out by me. I'm actully jsut looking to see what you guys think about it. Just trying to get a ton of mana early game to deal more dmg then try to get a few early game kills and maybe even a first blood. I've been looking into some CD reduction items other then shard any suggestions? It would probably be there to replace another weapon or boots late game depending on your play style. The 2 I've really been looking at are Ionian Boots of Lucidity to just replace sorcerers outright or Mejai's Soulstealer as an alternative items to the others. I just think CD reduction really helps out ryze in 1v1 fights especially so he can get off an overload between every spell with less wait time.

Runes

Again, these are just trying to get as much mana as possible early game for kills. And again any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Masteries

Utility seems to me like the best for mana generation and spell damage together. There were to many melee damage talents in damage for me to think it was useful.

Items

These are just some items that I've went for. The last 4 are up in the air as far as order, I all depends on the game, If your just dominating you might want more damage output or whatever. Personally I leave rod till the end if the game lasts that long but other then that the last three I've used in many different places. Also if your going for litch bane keep in mind that ur ganna need 3 slots in your inventory to make it. Also I always get the health potions in the beginning just to make sure I dont give the enemy an early kill but if you think your never ganna die you could go for mana pots or none at all and save the money.

Skill Sequence

These are getting overload up ASAP because its mana cost doesn't change when leveled like the other skills. Then you just alternate the others. Still any suggestions.

Summoner Spells

Ignite is to deal damage in an early game ambush and tele is to get back into ur lane asap after recalls.

Summary

This build is to try to get early game kills with high max mana increasing DMG and ignite. Finally, The tele is for getting into ur lane fast after ur first recall specifically and then again and again later in the game. The runes and masteies are for early game max mana and overall dmg. I havent figured out items yet, Ive just been going with what has good mana and sutff but any set order would be apreciated.
