Masteries
The newly buffed Ryze is actually worth playing now. Though he lacks a stun, his single-target burst damage is amazing but so is his AoE burst damage due to his ult. Be careful, though; this item build will make Veigar destroy you.
Skills
Overload
Great single-target nuke. Pretty short range, so be careful not to suicide with it when you're trying to grief with it.
Rune Prison
Ryze's only CC, so it's his main skill. Single-target instant snare. Be careful with its short range.
Spell Flux
Ryze's longest range spell. Pretty unreliable for killing someone when there's lots of other enemies near them, so don't expect much. It can bounce off of Ryze, so don't worry if your target is alone.
Desperate Power
Instant-cast 0 mana AP buff that makes Ryze's spells deal AoE damage.
