Ryze - The Lighting Monk
The halls of traditional study were never for Ryze, who felt a more raw and primal connection to the magic of Runeterra than those who tried to teach him. As a young man, he travelled the world, seeking the wisdom of powerful hermits, witches, and shamans. When he had learned all he could, Ryze turned to seek the lost, forgotten, and forbidden knowledge in the world. This led him to an ancient form of spellcraft known as thorn magic. This art required Ryze to tattoo spells on his body, infusing his being with vast arcane power. His travels also brought him to the giant indestructible scroll he carries on his back. The purpose of the inscribed spell is a secret only Ryze knows. However, he claims it is an abomination, something that he must safeguard from the world. Today, Ryze has joined the League of Legends to study the magical creatures and powerful will-workers that fight there, in order to complete his exploration of mystical Runeterra.

Overload - Ryze throws a charge of pure energy at an enemy unit for heavy damage and additional damage based upon Ryze's maximum mana. Ryze also gains passive cooldown reduction.
Passive: Ryze gains 2/4/6/8/10% cooldown reduction.
Active: Ryze blasts enemy unit for 50/90/130/170/210 (+0.4) plus 10% of his max mana (+) in magic damage.
Rune Prison - Ryze traps target enemy unit in a cage of runes, preventing them from moving and dealing damage for the duration.
Ryze traps an enemy unit, preventing them from moving and dealing 40 (+0.2) magic damage per tick (2/3/4/5/6 ticks) over 1.2/1.5/1.8/2.1/2.4 seconds.
Spell Flux - Ryze releases an orb of pure magical power which deals damage and bounces from the initial target up to 6 times. Targets hit have their magic resistance reduced.
Ryze unleashes an orb of magical power which bounces to enemy units or himself, up to 5 times. Each bounce deals 70/85/100/115/130 (+0.38) magic damage and reduces the target's Magic Resistance by 12/15/18/21/24.
Desperate Power - Ryze channels forbidden uncontrolled arcane power, granting him bonus Ability Power, and causing all of his spells to deal AoE damage.
Ryze becomes supercharged, gaining 50/80/110 ability power and causing his spells to deal 65% AoE damage for 8 seconds.

Arcane Mastery - When Ryze casts a spell, all other spells have their cooldown reduced by 1 second.
Ryze is a good burst dps champion late game tho his spells may take a while to come back this is not always true. Most people always say well you gotta... run in dps then run away not necessarily if you play your cards right you should be able to take on 2 people at once with caution of there team coming to help.
Your gonna wanna start out with the Sapphire Crystal and a HP potion. Your gonna wanna go mid lane for most games if not then ill explain that later. so when you get in mid lane you gonna wanna harass with your Spell Flux, but also killing minions at the same time. Always watch around you watching for when the other team is MIA avoid getting hit until you have your first two items Ryze's Spell Flux range should be big enough for you not to be hit. Harass all the way down until your almost out of mana then pop Clarity then start slowing down your harassing. Never leave mid lane unless you have 2200g or you absolutely have to heal especially against Karthas. By this time you enemy lane partner should be low health you should at least be level 6. If you haven't already Flash in and finish them off with Rune Prison and Overload if that wasn't enough hit them with Spell flux you should get first to second blood most of the time. If your asking why don't we get more items until 2200g is because Ryze's base ability damage is enough to hold of until you have enough for your first two items. If you play smart you should not be killed or be hurt while farming the 2200g if you start to get ganked. Then you will need to go ahead and purchase what you can of your first two items. Once you have received Archangel's staff and your Sorcerer's boots its time for you to get Mejai's Soulstealer as fast as possible. After getting Mejai's its time to work up some kills once you've got about 10+ stacks of Mejai's it should be smooth sailing from here on out all tho getting Zonya's ring will be difficult. You should have enough spell power to get it quick the other two items just kind of fall into your hands. After Zonya's once you hit 18 you should be able to take on 2 people and be very successful in team battle's. A lot of patience and timing your attacks will lead you to victory.

That should get them down if there still alive Spell Flux should be back up for you to finish them off.
