Mejai's is too situational/unstable (in my opinion), that you'd be better off switching it with DFG. It's only when you see you'll own their face you actually purchase it.

Other then that; Pretty straight-forward spell caster build. What would make this specific guide *POP* will be a kick-*** description filled with tips, hints, and incredible explanations.
