Introduction

Hai there guys! This is just a really easy, pretty much OP build, for Vlad. I haven't lost yet using this build because it's basically just OP. Probably aren't going to put a huge amount of detail into it because it's pretty basic.[/img] There is a loss (due to a quene and leave) and a leave because I had to go eat applebees but the general idea is that the build works very well as you can see. Every single time I build the same way too. People usually surrender before I have a chance to finish. =/

Masteries

A standard caster CD reduction build with spell pen.

Runes

Quins

I just use the flat health quins for early game laning and fighting so on.
Other Choices:
Magic Pen
AP
Health Per Level
All good, more like a personal choice.

Marks

Magic pen because even with stacked health you do magic damage.
Other Choices:
Health Per Level
Ap stuffs (not recommended due to low gain)

Seals

Health Per Level because stacking health goes along with it.
Other Choices:
Flat Health
Dodge? lol
Ap stuff (also not recommended due to low gain)

Glyphs

AP per level because Ap is best thing to get in this slot that I see
Other choices:
CD reduction
Flat AP
Cd reduction per level

Summoner Spells

Ignite - To get that last bit of HP for those "almost" kills and more damage when needed (but I doubt it).
Ghost - To get across map, to save allies, to chase, etc.

Others:
Flash could not be so horrible I guess but very situational, normally you won't have that "I'm just out of range!" problem.
Tele - Shouldn't be necessary but if you want it, go for it. :)
Cleanse - Again not recommended but could still be useful.
Heal - Uhh..Do I need to write something here?
Smite - If you accidentally choose WW, sure.
Revive - o.o
Fortify - If no one else has and you can spare ghost or ignite, sure.
Clairvoyance - Really love this spell, I believe that a good premade should always have one but leave it to the non carries. :)

Items

Warmogs stacking is the most OP way to build vlad.
Don't see very many doing this, that is why they get outplayed...easily.

Pretty much get boots so you can harass well and lane better. Grab your boots of swiftness as soon as possible but if you get FB or more kills getting a health item immediately might be better (depending on situation). Stack 5 warmogs and you become god mode.

If the enemy team is gearing against you with magic resist replace a warmogs with a void staff for extra magic pen.

Also if you like stacking items you can consider a leviathan.

Pros of Leviathan
15% damage reduction at 20 stacks

Cons
Loss of Health
Less Blood Pool damage

Skill Sequence

Transfusion first, as always.
Tides of Blood for increased damage and laning.
Blood Pool last (but this is hardest hitting ability when stacking health).
Ulti when available of course.

Pros / Cons

Pros:

Great harasser
Able to kill on turrets
Able to save allies
Decent escape ability
OP champ
Doesn't get nerfed

Cons

Bad very early game
Low CCs Can Kill Him
Lifesteal champs can sort of do better

Creeping / Jungling

Always last hit minions, always make sure you're getting exp.
Harassing isn't really good for vlad until around level 5 because of long CDs
Jungle when you can (also around level 5)

Summary

So pretty much this build focus's on high health which increases blood pool damage and with more health you can be more useful to your team than doing a good bit of damage but then the second they jump on you, you die.

Survivability + high damage = gg

Team Work

When in a team remember your abilities very well, if you can save anyone at all use your pool to do it and take some hits. As long as no one dies everything is good.

When in a teamfight just pop your ulti on all 3 or 5 of the enemy team, use tides and transfusion when they are up, and use blood pool as soon as they focus you hard (they will because people are attracted to high health characters).
