Ok, you're simply stating that AD Jax is better with out any supporting evidence. Three out of Jax's four moves scale off of AP while only two are affected by AD (and those two skills have very long cooldowns) If you simply don't want to take the time to explain why you think AD Jax is better.. then okay... I guess. :P

Thanks for the tip on Jhoijhoi's giude on guides btw... it's the first real guidance I have found on this website.

Hello :D

I think you should take a look at Jhoihoi's how to make a guide.
Google it and you should find it ^^

AP jax indeed is not better than AD Jax.
He scales at both ap and AD, that's why some hybrid items are good on him.

You should propably look at the concept of Jax more and gain experience in league.
Good luck :3

Thank you for the feed back, friend. Although I must say that I fail to understand exactly how AD would scale any better than AP with Jax. I still think that with his ultimate's passive, and Nashor's Tooth's passive his basic attacks gain a heavy enough boost from AP even with out activating his abilities. Then the spell blade from Lich Bane allows for massive W+Q hits. He also gains a lot of CDR from this build letting him spam abilities.

Jax is also pretty tanky by nature due to his ultimate's active and his dodge ability (if placed correctly) which has let me survive most late game team fights. You could also do things like run cleanse and barrier summoner spells to bypass a lot of incoming damage. Another thing to say is that this build is for high DPS and should be played with tanky cc team mates like Sejuani and Malphite as they can initiate, distract, and peel for you. Also this build starts off as a regular hybrid giving him great base AD for when his ultimate's passive doesn't proc.

AP Jax is simply unviable.
His scalings allow hybrid items to be very effective (such as Trinity Force or Hextech Gunblade), however, they aren't enough to go full AP.
The reason why AD Jax is strong is the fact that he is very tanky and deals damage at the same time.
If you build full AP, you can't get tanky.
The initial burst combo of a Jax isn't nearly enough to kill your target.
Combined with his awful range, you have no chance to play in a fight.
You just get melted immediately.
I admit that Lich Bane gives some potential to every AP build, but it's just bad - you need to be twice more skilled or fed than your enemy to get the same out of your AP build.
