I aim the runes to make a good Ap Dmg in early Game to make the dif.
I like Play offensive to have alot of farm over the enemy

I Choose 9 points in utility tree , to have more mana rec and the Total Biscuit of Rejuvenation for more sustain in early game.

I ever start whit Amplifying Tome , 1 pot and the biscuit ,i choose that to have more ap on the start , and poke strong the enemy .
Some times i choose boots +3pots , but i don like to much.

try to recall when u can buy the Boots of atack speed and some Dagger, to have more movility to poke better the enemy and more AS to clean fast the farm if u are winning easy the lane, can try to get Malady

runnan's hurricane very good atack speed , nice plus of ad dmg, and the unique help us to be more effective farming
Nashor's Toothmore plus of atack speed, nice ad plus, and reduce the cold down , to put Noxious Trap everywhere
Liandry's Torment good synergy whit Noxious Trap , and ad plus

Morellonomicon good ap plus , more CD, and good passive FTW whit the toxic shoot
Sell Malady and buy rabadon's deathcape to have more ap , and u have good AS from Nashor's Tooth and runnan's hurricane
Sell Boots of AS and buy Sorcerer's Shoes to have more Magick pen
i ever Choose enchanment: furor to stay close the enemy cuz toxic shoot its An Ability and u gain 12% for every hit u do, no body one can scape from Teemo
