Welcome to Zerohead's Cho'gath top lane guide I preety much explained everything in the notes if you like this guide comment like :) if not Comment dislike :) (I'm not from england-usa so my english wont be the best :P)

Marks - Great with your e and your items
Seals - will help you against ad in top
Glyphs - Classic rune for top will help against ap
Quints - Will help you start fights in late (this is one of your jobs late game)

If your behind just get supporty items such as twin shadows,shurelyas,bulwark,solari

attack speed will be nice combo with your items and runes which gives you more attack speed, ability power per level will help all spells but much more u will deal more dmg on your basic attacks (remember your "E")
else masteries are for do you tanky and make easier for you start the fight

lvl 1 ~>U start with "E" so u can have easier farm and also damage the enemy while u farming (if he is behind your target)

lvl 2 ~> U taking "Q" for dodging ganks and not dying,also u can knock up the enemy while your jungler coming for gank,if u are sure that enemy jungler will not come u can take "W"

lvl 3 ~>This spell have big range,u can silence and damage the enemy

What u will max? ~> Always i max "W" for harass the enemy without take damage, but if u wathing your enemy always behind when u hit a minion u max e, if not and u cant go close to him then u max w (for example if he is darius u cant go close because he will grab you )

If you prefer ghost over flash
if you prefer Teleport over ignite
No... Please god No
NO PLEASE IF YOU HAVE MANA PROBLEMS BUY CHALICE
Barrier is more popular and more useful then heal
If your going against a bursty lane-team
Only if your against shen and morgana that's it
BEST SPELL IN THE GAME

Dont be afraid to use your mana on cs'ing you regain mana and hp after killing a unit

just be careful when she q's u dont get also her basic attack,dont let her harass you when she has ulti with her combos(hit her) and get pink ward for if u are going to kill her and she use "W" to kill her with your ulti before she go far away
she will be easy for you
Stay out of his apperhend and harass him with your don't get under farmed stack your
PLAY PASSIVE IN YOUR LANE A GOOD ELISE WILL PUNISH YOU FOR A MISTAKE JUST STACK YOUR
She will be easy just harass her she cant fight a tanky champion
He is hard to kill but so are you just farm and dont get over agressive
He can be a pain but he depends on his spells if he comes close just him and run
Just out farm him and dont get greedy when he's low he can ult or e away
If your not a good cho'gath player DONT GET AGRESSIVE in lane harass her with your and in late protect your carry from her
Try to out farm him if he hit's you regan what you lost with your passive and dont get greedy if you dont have wards
He's not a problem in early but if he takes wraiths/wolves try to stay in bushes until you get 2
WORKING ON IT NEVER FACED A JAYCE IN TOP WITH CHO'GATH
Try to bait her e if you want to harass her but dont get agressive a good kayle will **** on cho'gath
don't get harassed a lot if you do just take back that hp from the creeps try to harass with your
Try to keep him away from farming harass him with your if he tries to harass you with his he cant do anything without spells your will shut him down
You can out zone him hard he will be useless without farm (unless he's roaming) care for jungler
If he tries to a minion punish him hard he's weak early he needs the farm badly just care for jungler his w will make it easier to gank
try to not get harassed a lot try as much to harass her with your
Easy lane your ultimate counters his true damage you can also out farm him just careful for his + combo at lvls 2-4 it will hurt you alot
just get cloth +5 pots and your lane is won just care for ganks
poppy cant farm as other champions try to hit her as much as you can fight her when you have wards and you know nobody is comming if you do your lane wrong your adc in late is going to get ****ed
Careful if he gets lvl 2 and 50-100 fury play passive till 6
he cant kill you but if he's going tanky rengar you cant kill him too if you keep your lane 0 kills 0 deaths you will be more succsesfull late if you want to kill him get pink wards
Try not to go against her she will be hard for you if your not experienced with cho and riven dont do this matchup but if you go against her play passive
he's annoying but not hard for cho just out farm him and care for they're jungler
Your lane should go well for you he cant burst you for some big damage if he throw's the q's you can get it back from a few creeps if he ult's just q on him
You can out farm him early game if you play smart if you know they'r jungler is comming dont let singed e you if he does your probably dead
**** THIS CHAMPION JUST PLAY PASSIVE AND ASK YOUR JUNGLER TO GANK HIM HE HAS NO ESCAPES
her has big range and nice damage care for that just stack your ulti and try to keep an even lane
Oh boy you dont want to go against him in s3 hes not a popular top but if you go against him play passive very passive and if your adc doesnt have cleanse he will need scimitar
Just be careful at early levels hes only a threat to you then
Kill his ghouls if you wont lose farm thats it your a big counter to him
Care for his combo dont be greedy without wards and harass him with your
