Also, I think you can remove the "Language" part in your intro.
You should not shorten the abilities names, just get used to writing <brackets>full ability name<brackets>.
I've only recently written my first guide myself and I got used to it after a few days (didn't even know my champion's abilities' names before :D).

The actual content of this guide looks really promising. The layout and style of this guide, however, is outrageously bad (I'm being honest here). Under no circumstance would anybody read that entire wall of white text: It looks like a boring school book (I'm just talking looks here, not content).

I won't vote for now because I can see you have put a lot of effort into the depth and information of this guide, but I suspect that other people may not be as generous and give this guide a -1 because they didn't even bother to read all the good information in this guide.

TLDR Improve the look of this guide with BBCode and images. The content of this guide is pretty amazing.

At level 1 you're usually going to start with Electrical Surge for the great damage the passive and active together will do to a target at that level. Typically try to go for Lightning Rush next so you can escape from or setup ganks that commonly happen at level 2. If you don't have an escape when the opposing jungler comes to your lane, chances are you're going to have to blow Flash, which will put you at a large disadvantage that early on. If your jungler comes to your lane, you want to make sure you can reach your opponent so you can actually help with the gank, possibly leading to a kill or a free blown Flash.
