You are right, if they dont have good escape methods or if they lack cc, i would recommend to take frozen heart. QSS generally is not viable on poppy because i would miss the additional mana and health... Just in some special cases (in really special cases) maybe then you need this item.... I survived too often with BV (becasue of the spell-shield) so that i would never exchange it... Gonna add frozen heart as a option instead randuins. |

+1 because I play Poppy just like that and it works very well after the 2. item Only problem is huge amount of crit chance without  Infinity Edge, seems wasted :(

it seems so, but it is not wasted, because poppy profits more from the movement speed than from pure damage in mid game. |

I usually play Poppy AP/Hybrid, and it suits my style, but next time I play her i'm going to try out your style. Thank you! |
