Is maw of malmortius good for poppy? I play her sometimes with it when i don't want to compromise burst against a tanky ap team (singed,swain, maokai, e.t.c.) in dominion. I think it works well because your passive allows you to get very low and still beat the leaving daylights out of foe due to the extra ad from the maw's passive. What do you think?

@ SerenadeMaestro : You can use Maw of Malmortius with poppy and your explanation of it seems to be right. You're hard to kill even if you're lowlife so this probably could work :)

Read the guide and have did some battle against bots to just try out Poppy and it's a lot of fun though I need to stop being super aggressive sometime. I have a question though, if you are dealing with a team that does have a few people dealing lots of damage with AP do you get any mag resist items early then finish off the regular item building or do you get what you usually get no matter how the team build for the opposing side is? Just wondering and yea that Maw of Malmortius sounds like a beast for Poppy if dealing with high burst AP casters, think you can add that to the situational items if it's not added up there for others to see?

So its actually like u said. Later on in teamfights you dont really get damage since u know who to give your ultimate. Thats why I just buy a Quicksilver's sash if I buy a MR item.
But since there is Maw of Malmortius you can also take this item cause it actually boosts you alot as you see ^^ If the enemy got lots of AP Casters.. dude u're poppy go give him their Devastating Blow :D in Teamfights you should be unstoppable :))

This is another joke Poppy guide. First of all, the title is extremely inaccurate, because Poppy's early game is the worst in the game. Phantom Dancer? Berserker's Greaves? You realise your playing a Hybrid Assasin, not Tryndamere. No Shurelyia's? It's the best item in the game right now. It offers so much utility for your team, gives you more damage and gives you some sustain which Poppy desperately lacks. Hextech Gunblade is an amazing item that lets Poppy stick to her target and give her sustain in fights. Banshee's Veil? It's really outclassed by Force of Nature and QSS. How many times do you think it's gonna block a Karth ult that saves your life, or a Blitz pull that loses you guys a teamfight. Realistically, 0. It can be blocked by an Annie Q. Watch a SpamHappy (Zekent) Poppy video. Read his guide. You will learn A LOT. For now -1.

I totally disagree with it. First of all if my Guide is such a joke? Why the Hell are People talking and telling me its a great one?
Even posting screens of their games are enough said.
Poppy's early game isn't the worst no! It's just about being a bit weak in early. Its not a bad early game. If u can't handle it then u just don't know how 2 play Poppy. YES, I DOMINATE SOLO TOP.
If u still think its such a trashy guide. Go lets play a Game. Gather up 4 of your mates -> so do I. And I'll promise you, you will change the way of thinking about Poppy.
