Good build, but I personally like starting with boots and pots since Talon has no form of survivability. Also, for the same reason, I prefer putting 9 points in the defensive mastery since it will help him to not be too squishy. Plus you shouldn't be spamming you spells too hard.

Also, for those wondering about counter picks: Talon matches up well against any champ w/o any survivability. He's very good against other bruisers, as he can trade off with them coming on top with the bonus damage from his passive.

On the other hand, never pick him against champs that have a lot of survivability, but can steal hurt you (Cho, GP, Tryn)

A nicely illustrated build, maybe sometime in the future when you update this it would be nice to see how "you" lane with talon, what your veiws on roaming are with him, but +1 from me
