Hm, I'm not voting because while I manly approve this guide some things just lack.
-Why the heck(arim) would you not max the Q before you take more points in your pull?
-I'd suggest getting the heart of gold early to already generate some additonal money over time as you're getting it anyway.
-Sunfire that late is kinda a waste. Also, if you're going ap anyway I'd suggest not potency glyphs, but Ap/lvl ones, they are a lot better in my opinion.
-The Ap part is lacking quite a bit, I'd try an tanky ap item like the hourglass/abyssal scepter depending on the enemy team.
-(altough iceborn gauntlet will propably be pretty good once it comes out)
-(Tear of the goddess too, since the toggle counts then).
Thanks for reading, hope I don't get a hate message again, it's still a very nice guide with a lot of explaining.
EDIT:I see how you want to be aggressive early on, but Singed is kinda the wrong champion for that, because he shines lategame.
My pull? Wut? HoG is getting removed. Sunfire I usually get when I wanna be tankier. Rylai's and Rod of Ages are way better early game items for Singed in my opinion. I don't like going for a lot of AP on Singed. It just costs you a lot of defenses you can get instead. The Rod of Ages + Rylai's gives enough AP in my opinion. And I didn't send you hate messages. If anything you're the one that offended me several times but I don't care anymore. And about being aggressive that's my playstyle. If I can get an early advantage then it just helps me get my items faster. Of course that counts for any champion but Singed with an early game advantage is so gay because with the right items you can't even kill him. Shy is a perfect example of that. His Singed was so strong.
