This build definitely grew on me quick. Even though it says weak against Pantheon and Riven, I've literally shut down top lane every time I've used this build. You just have to remember, you're Teemo, don't get cocky and just go in. Take it slow and once you see how they play, then you attack appropriately. I am considering swapping out a item (not sure if it'll be AP, AD, or more Life Steal) or even stacking BOTRK, but the attack speed is a definite plus with this build. If you're literally going HAM on the other team, don't be scared to switch it up a little.

I have not tried it. I'd guess it would work well against AD heavy teams, I'll play test it and get back to you.

This works well enough, but have you considered taking out the Frozen Mallet for a Iceborn Gauntlet.
