Annie is burst ap caster with aoe stun and damage. Very effective on lane and team-fights.

Q has a low cd, use it asap on creeping. Because annie not good at pushing, and against a champion that can push easily you will be in trouble at farming under turret. So spam your q on minions. When you reach 6 play offensive, ask your jungler to come mid so you can guarantee a score. After you take deathfire grast, you win the lane.

Annie is special one, if one of their tanks engage like jarvan, go for the 4 players on the back of jarvan. So jarvan fight 4vs1 and you can stop 4 enemy and with death fire grasp and q-w combo you can eliminate their ap or ad carry. Or with flash and ulti you can start a fight.

You can stop one hit skill-shots with your bear. Such as caitlyn' ulti. When she prepare his ulti and it appear on you then just move your bear right in front of you.
