Hi everyone, I am Yruke, a low elo player yes, indeed. I really don´t think that being from the lower elos means that the player is bad at the game, but thats what most of the peolple think. Well, enough of that, i am not here to talk about me, i am here to talk about Ezreal
Ezreal is not right now the best AD carry . He is really squishy and he some times struggle fighting tank champs. But still, he is my favorite champ. I made up this build when i was trying items in him on a custom game. I tried to use the The Black Cleaver on him, and it actually turned to be a really item good on him. After that, i entered a normal game, tried the build and i got a Pentakill. The damage you do to the enemies is out of this world, but you need to know what to do when using this build. It´s not just about picking the champion and going to the game without any clue of why i use those items for this champ.
In this guide i am going to cover Runes, Masteries, Skill distribution and The Build that I use to be the king of Summoners Rift with Ezreal.
You take 29/9/0 on Ezreal as any other ADC champ. Follow the normal AD tree, but put 4 points in Sorcery because Ezreal uses more skills rather than auto attacks. Then, put 1 point in Spell Weaving and Blade Weaving . That will allow you to gain more damage for your Mystic Shot and for your auto attack, and also those two work really good with the The Black Cleaver, as it also uses stacks (Full stacks on BC+3 SW and BW stacks+5 stacks on passive= you can 1v1 any one).
To finish your masteries go to the defense tree to get a little more health and defense for the early game, if not, it will be a pain in the...

Greater Quintessence of Life Steal
Seals: for the seals i go 9 Greater Seal of Armor as those are the best option or even maybe, the only good option for the seals. This will give you a good defense to the enemy ADC auto attacks and skills.
Glyphs: for the Glyphs i go 9 Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist. Go scaling if you are sure that AP won´t be a threat earyle game, but if you want you can go Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
Quintessence: for the quints i go 1 Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage and 2 Greater Quintessence of Life Steal this will give you a good sustain in lane (more if you go dorans blade and a good amount of damage.
: this is a good spell for dueling. You can turn a fight in your favor by just using this spell. Also, you can get out of bad situations, avoid the damage on certain ultimates (lux, another ezreal, etc), so it´s overall a really good spell. I get Barrier almost 90% of the times
: if your enemy team has a heavy CC comp, pick Cleanse or else you will have to avoid every single CC with your Arcane Shift and Flash
: this is a good spell to use. Yo can finish easy kills with these spell. but, picking Ignite will make you a big target for the enemy team because you have no other source of defense rather than maybe your GA. If you pick Ignite, pick at least 1 more defense item.
: Flash is the best option after choosing one of the previous spells. Flash is a second Arcane Shift, so you can get out of fights really easy, by arcane shifting and flashing over walls. Also, this 2 combined are a great tool to get good positioning in team fights.
: is a good spell to get out, not as good as Flash, but Ghost is still good. I dont know any other way to use Ghost rather than fleeing and chasing.
: YEAH! GO BACK TO LANE LIKE A GOD AND SPLIT PUSH LIKE A BEAST!. THEN GET KILLED AND LOSE THE GAME! GREAT CHOICE!.
: SNIPE YOUR ENEMIES TO ULT THEM IN THEIR FACE AND SECURE DRAGONS AND BARONS!!! AND THEN SNIPE THEM AGAIN WITH Farsight Orb!!! WHY ONE Clairvoyance IF YOU CAN HAVE 2!! VERY GG! (PD: this used to be a good spell, but now that the orb appeared, its just useless).
: just... why? you dont even use that much mana...
: Exhaust YOUR ENEMIES AND REDUCE THEIY AD DAMAGE! THEN LET YOUR SUPPORT DO THE SAME AND GG!!. Seriously guys, 1 exhaust is already good, why having 2?
: I dont even know anymore...
: USE Revive AFTER YOU DIE AND USE YOUR ULTIMATE AT THE ENEMIES THAT ARE ABOUT TO DIE, BECAUSE YOU DIDN´T USE IT IN THE TF!!!... omg.
: PICK SMITE SO YOU CAN LAST HIT LIKE A BOSS!!! BE THE KING OF FARM AND... god this is so dumb xD
Best Combo: Barrier+ Flash
Skill Sequence/Champion Abilities
: Hitting a target with any of Ezreal's abilities increases his attack speed by 10% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.
As you almost always use abilities, this is great for when your skills are in CD to continue dealing damage. And also, as all in this build, it works great with The Black Cleaver.
: Ezreal fires a bolt of energy that deals 35 / 55 / 75 / 95 / 115 (+1.0 per attack damage) (+20% of ability power) physical damage and applies on-hit effects. If it strikes an enemy unit it reduces all of Ezreal's cooldowns by 1 second.
So, this abilitie it the main source of damage that Ezreal has. You shouls use it to farm and to poke. As it applies on-hit effects, you can use it with Statikk Shiv or Trinity Force to apply the critical/slow. For this build, you will use it to gain stacks on an enemy for the The Black Cleaver combined with your auto attacks (you should do one Mystic Shot and then one auto attack to use the Sheen passive, then use another Mystic Shot and again the same until you gain the stacks). Once you have the full stacks, you will get amazde of how much damage your Q deals, and you will be able to finish the work easily.
: Ezreal fires a fluctuating wave of energy at a targeted area. Any enemy champions it passes through take 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+80% of ability power) magic damage, while any allied champions it travels through have their attack speed increased by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 % for 5 seconds.
This is your less used skill. Use it as another source of damage once you have your Trinity Force. Then you can used on allies to give them attack speed, so it´s good for pushing lanes, destroying towers and team fighting.
: Ezreal teleports to a target nearby location and fires a homing arrow at the nearest enemy unit dealing 75 / 125 / 175 / 225 / 275 (+75% of ability power) magic damage.
Great for escaping ganks, positioning on teamfights, avoiding the focus on TF, and chasing. Great skill over all, but the damage is not that good if you dont build ap. So, dont use it to "poke" your enemy, cause it will be useless.
: Ezreal channels for 1 second to fire a powerful barrage of energy missiles, which deal 350 / 500 / 650 (+1.0 per bonus attack damage) (+90% of ability power) magic damage to each enemy unit they pass through. However, it deals 10% less damage for each additional unit it hits (30% minimum damage).
This skill is the whole reason of the The Black Cleaver on this build. Once you stacked this item with your Mystic Shot and auto attacks, your R will do amazing amounts of damage, and by that point, your enemy will be very low on health. BUT! if you change targets you will have to stack again your The Black Cleaver, dont forget that. Also, you can use your ultimate in the middle of the TF to turn it around, finish some targets, etc. And also, dont forget you can use it to farm, dont be afraid. It has a low CD (more with The Black Cleaver and Ionian Boots of Lucidity.
Ionian Boots of Lucidity: One of the my favorite items for ezreal. As it gives you CD reduction, you can spam your Q more, which will reduce the CD on the other abilities, so overall, it´s a great item for ezreal.
Berserker's Greaves: this is the second options for the boots. This is also a good item because it will work good with your Q + Sheen passive auto attack combo, to do it faster (more like a burst) or to get the stacks for The Black Cleaver faster.
The Black Cleaver: HERE WE GOOOO!!! Ok so, where to start? this item gives you some damage, CD reduction and health, all the things that are really good with ezreal (the health because he is really squishy). But! thats not all. It also gives you 10 armor penetration! good for fighting. And thats not all! as i said like 10 times before, this item has a Passive which gives you stacks on AD damage dealt. If you get full stacks, you will be getting 25% armor reduction on your enemy and you´ll be able to kill him any time. As i see it, is a great item for ezreal, but that depending the way you use it.
Trinity Force: this item gives you AD and AP, and all of Ezrealabilities scale at least with one of these 2. It gives you attack speed (works well with your passive) and some critical chance. The good part is the Sheen passive and the slow. As your Q deals on hit effects, it will slow your target, and you will have a much easier time chasing. Overall, its one of the greatest items for ez.
The Bloodthirster: you gain crazy AD with this item, and also some LF for sustain in the fights/lane.
Last Whisper: pick this item when your enemy team stacks armor, with your The Black Cleaver it will be good against those types of teams.
Blade of the Ruined King: this is a great item, gives you utility and a great damage when you are against tanky champs.
Maw of Malmortius: pick this item when the enmy has heavy ap composition.
Infinity Edge: a great damage item. With your Trinity Force it will give you a good chance of critical hit and it will improve it´s damage, so overall its a good item.
Statikk Shiv: critical+passive that works with your Q= good item overall.
guardain angel: late game, it´s a really strong item. When it activates it´s passive, when you revive, you can Arcane Shift out of the battlefield or kill the last survivers of the team fight. GREAT ITEM :D!
