Introduction

Hello everyone and welcome to my guide for Trundle Jungle.

My summoner name is Some Day Soon on NA, and this is my first guide. I'm stuck in bronze :( but I love playing League of Legends. Most of the time. I ended Season 4 in Silver IV, which was great! But I got thrown back into Bronze V in season 5. In the jungle, I primarily play Rek'Sai and Trundle, and consider myself to be fairly knowledgeable about the two champions.

I hope the guide is helpful, and you have fun with my build when playing Trundle in the jungle! Check back for updates and improvements.

SPACESPACE
SPACESPACE
Chomp should be maxed first, as it is an auto attack reset. It both increases Trundle's attack damage, and decreases the targets attack damage, giving him an advantage in trades with AD users. It also slows the target by 75% for 0.1 seconds, which isn't long, but helps keep the target close.
SPACESPACE
SPACESPACE
Frozen Domain should be maxed second. It increases Trundles movement speed, attack speed, and healing and regen. This ability should be used as a gap closer, but also needs to be placed so that you can stand on it while attacking. When ganking, set Frozen Domain between your target and their escape, so that you can maximize the time you have the buff.
SPACESPACE
SPACESPACE
Pillar of Ice should be maxed third. Place this down when you need to slow a champion or block off their path. Targets at the center of the pillar are knocked back slightly, so you can use this to cancel channeled abilities like Katalina ult.
SPACESPACE
SPACESPACE
Subjugate like every ultimate, should be leveled up at 6, 11, and 16. When ganking, use your on the target you want to kill first, as it slows the target, and saps a huge chunk of their health, armour and magic resist. This also allows for Trundle to shred tanks. When engaging in team fights, use your ult on the tank, as it maximizes the health, armour and magic resist that you gain, allowing you to take more damage without dying.

Items

Core

SPACESPACE
Skirmisher's Sabre - Devourer is the best jungle item choice for Trundle as it gives him the attack speed he needs, and the stacking damage increase from the devourer effect increases his damage as he farms.
SPACESPACE
SPACESPACE
Blade of the Ruined King is the core of Trundle's damage. Each auto attack burns an additional 8% of the targets current health. Trundle's damage stems from the buff he gets from using his (q) Chomp, the attack speed he gets from his (w) Frozen Domain, Skirmisher's, and BoRK, as well as BoRK's passive.
SPACESPACE
SPACESPACE
Randuin's Omen gives Trundle yet another slow to add to his kit, helping Trundle stay on enemy champions. It also gives Trundle the armour he needs to survuve against AD champions.
SPACESPACE
SPACESPACE
Spirit Visage increases the healing from Trundles Passive, his (w) Frozen Domain, and Blade of the Ruined King.

Mercury's Treads give Trundle tenacity and some extra magic resist.

Situational

SPACESPACE
The Black Cleaver should be built if you're ahead and the other team has started building armour, and you're not dying in team fights.
SPACESPACE
SPACESPACE
Frozen Mallet should be built if you're ahead and the other team isn't building armour. Adds another slow to Trundle's kit.
SPACESPACE
SPACESPACE
Warmog's Armor should be built if you're behind, or fights are tight, to give you some extra regen. You can step out for a few seconds, throw down (w) Frozen Domain, and be back up to reengage.
