Threat Champion Notes
2
Riven Riven is hard countered by Garen. His tank and Q make her combos near impossible to get off, and he generally wins trades. Get an early cleaver to remove her from the picture.
2
Rengar Rengar can try all he wants to be annoying with his shenanigans in the bushes, but patience is key. Farm lane away from them without letting him harass you, and you'll outscale.
2
Yasuo Yasuo has a significant amount of burst, but you can interrupt combos with Q and win trades with your E. Early Randuins shuts down Yas hard.

Introduction

So this is actually my first season back after a long Hiatus a few years ago. I had started playing League very casually, seeing as my friends were doing it, it felt oblidged to give it a try. I hated League. I was younger, and didn't understand the concepts of the game well at all, so I quickly lost interest and quit. Years later, I reinstalled after hearing of some other classmates of mine in college talk about it. I got into a game, and there he was. The guy I had exclusively played when I started, and I would go on to play dozens and dozens more as. Garen, the Might of Demacia. Since then, I've racked up 150k mastery on the guy, so I figured, hell, I think I know my way around the champ. I plan on expanding on this guide in the future, so stick around!
