I'd probably take flash if I was up against him, a good shaco will destroy your jungle. Take pink wards on the way back and ward your jungle.
Updates
Created the guide
This build is not for the weak hearted who wants to one shot adc's and snowball games. This one is for the hardcore players who want to peel for their carries, zone the enemy ad (you can still kill them), and make total mess out of teamfights.
Assault Beast Rengar is not your typical kitty. He is a monster that can create confusion among fights, and zone out important elements.
This build will do just that, with some video examples to prove its strength.
You must ask yourself, BOTRK.. WTF dude.
Well, this build is not exactly the QWE combo you're expecting it to be, and that's where enemy teams are getting confused.
The point is to make a bruiser out of an assassin, with an attack speed steroid.
Being that said, imagine the damage you're outputting in a fight.
You start with full stats, R into the enemy adc and his support, use BOTRK, challenging smite, and boost your aa steroid with Q. Then when stacks fully charge again, you heal with W and get more MR/ARMOR. This combo will leave the ad with at least 30% hp if the target is with his support, and probably dead without it. Once you zoned him out, assassins or other members in your team can quickly finish the job while you rush back to your adc and support, and peel for them.
BTW, taking exhaust is really powerful with this. If you know when to enter teamfights correctly and when to get out in time, you won't give a lot of deaths, and be a tremendous factor in the peeling comps. I had an enemy nocturne once trying to get to my adc a couple of times, only to face my exhaust and get wiped out.
This build is TEAM FIGHT RENGAR oriented, its supposed to work with teams. That is how I like to play, I don't like to play solo too much.
You can also play this as a top lane. I will create a guide in the future for this.
I have a specific path to clear out the first few camps. Start with golems, move on to wraiths and only then take out the red buff with smite. It will give you HP back and let you do a few more camps before you have to head back.
If your ADC is fed, you might just want to peel for him and let your top laner zone the enemy back line. If you don't have a good top laner, you'll probably have to do it and then go rush back to peel for the back line.
If their ADC is fed, (or APC for that matter), I'd just waste their time trying to zone them out with my ult, make them chase me, and occupy them long enough for my backline to win the fight.
Assuming you itemized properly, it will be really hard to kill you.
