Hi, my name is ChiliCookie and i play on the EUW servers. I've been maining Ahri since January 2015, and i really love how her spells and mechanics work. Ahri fits really good in the meta, which makes her a good mid laner. She is not the easiest champion, because you easily can miss your skill shots (like the Orb of Deception + Charm combo) in a 1v1 fight.

This is only the start of my guide. I haven't finished it yet, so expect updates when you enter this guide again.

Pros

- Really good escape with Spirit Rush
- Good poke with good amount of mana
- Very good farm with Luden's Tempest + Orb of Deception
- Amazing assasin with her full combo. Best way to use Spirit Rush
Cons

- Easily focused in teamfights when engaging with Spirit Rush
- Squishy without Spirit Rush
- Fails combo easily
- Can't hit the enemy with Charm behind the minions

Essence Theft
Ahri's passive Essence Theft gives her a really good sustain in early-mid game when you are laning. When you reach 9 stacks the passive is active (Using your abilities gains you stacks). When the passive is up, wait for a minion wave to come up, and throw Orb of Deception into the wave, and it will heal you up massivly.

Orb of Deception
This is your best ability. It gives you good farm, and good poke on enemy. It even can crit if you hit the target right at the end of the range of Orb of Deception. When you buy Luden's Tempest you should start having lots of farm. When a minion wave comes just do the Orb of Deception + Fox-Fire and might kill the whole wave at once. Which also makes Ahri a good pusher.

Tip: When you are entering your lane, you can go kill the Raptors with your Orb of Deception to get some bonus gold (9-18 gold) and troll your jungler.. :D

Assasin Ahri!

Spirit Rush + Charm + Orb of Deception + Fox-Fire + ( Spirit Rush x2 ) away if you killed the person

Ahri has her stun Charm that can be very usefull when your team has to focus someone. Her Charm also makes her a great ganker and support. That's also why i play Ahri jungle and support. When ganking other lanes, be ready to use your E Charm on the enemy. If you land it on the enemy ADC when ganking bot, the ADC should be an easy kill.

Helping someone who gets chased
When you see an ally on low health, getting chased, you Charm the enemy and do everything you can to not let him through to kill your ally.

Kiting
Ahri is a good kiter, since her Q Orb of Deception gives her a movement speed buff. That's also why Rylai's Crystal Scepter is a good choice on Ahri, since it slows the enemy when you kite. Also use your ultimate Spirit Rush and Charm to kite the enemy.
