Enemy Jungler Starts Red
Do your blue. Start placing your boxes at 50 seconds. Ask your team-mate to go and ward enemy blue at 1:30 minute. When you are finished with your blue TP to the enemy blue via the ward and steal it.

Enemy Jungler Starts Blue
Do your blue, then run down to their jungle and take their red you are going to have to do this quickly. Otherwise you can rather wait for the enemy jungler to come, and then steal it while he is busy doing it and kill him too.

Counter Jungling
You can also start the opposite side of your opponent to go and kill him while he is busy with his buff. (take Q for this as a second ability)


Concerning your abilities, E makes it easier to clear a camp but isn't a viable escape like Q is so choose wisely.

Concerning your summoner spells, you can also take ignite and smite. This works especially well when you want to go and kill your opponent at his jungle camp.
