On the main LoL sub, we see Cass spamming E at lvl 1 after gromp buff is applied for some insane dps at lvl 1.

Why go smite instead of ignite?

For cassiopeia, at least this idea, you will gain the potential of a much more powerful lvl

OKay smite could be seem gross but considering this:
-you never miss the big canon minion (advantage creep waves push)
-you can steal jungle AND HAVE BONUSES
-you can help to secure objectives like DRAGON,BARON etc.
-you can take the crab vision occasionnaly

With the improved of Hunter's talisman in Scarmisher sabre you have a cool Ignite
