Not bad. Kind of a strange build, but should work. I'd recommend Courage of the Colossus or Thunderlord's Decree over Stormraider's Surge though. Stormraider's Surge is no longer as useful on because it is basically overkill in the speed department. I'd much rather have a shield or extra burst.

Also I too sometimes use , but with their new update they making to you might want to use in most situations. Because otherwise you might sometimes need to use your ult to escape dangerous situations. However if you are fine with that then works great and will increase range of your escape. But of course that spends both a sum and a ult so prob not necessary.

I definitely see where you're coming from on the masteries, I just figured I'd rather the speed from my little personal experience, but I'd have to agree with both courage and thunderlord's working well with this build. As for the ghost nerf we'll have to see how extensive the nerf is, but if it is as severe as you predict, Flash would be by far the better option.

The ghost nerf isn't really a nerf, it's more of something where it takes some time to get the full effects now. It is meant to prevent people from escaping so easily with . Meaning it would almost be entirely used as an offensive sum spell for once it happens. At least that is what I'd expect. And ya, definitely wait and see how it works before changing your guide. Just letting you know that it might change your views on once it comes out.

As for Stormraider's Surge, that is something I used to sometimes use on old because he needed the speed boost. But now I've noticed he's far better at sticking to targets than old ever was even without Stormraider's. There are higher level plays I can think of with Stormraider's though. Such as bursting a target in front of you then using the added speed to jump on the back line from a farther distance with your ultimate's speed scaling.

Personally I'm a fan of because landing as long distance ult isn't easy or reliable so I don't prioritize speed. But that's just me.
